We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days starting from the day the package is delivered to You. 

CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION RETURNS: Returns due to Dissatisfaction should be shipped back at Your expense and with an active tracking number. Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We do not accept returns shipped via local Postal service due to long delivery times, and such packages will be rejected. 

CUSTOMS CHANGES: For Returns with customs charges, You are responsible for covering those costs.

LATE RETURNS : Returns shipped back after 14 days policy will be rejected. In such cases the customer will be responsible for covering the return label and the shipping cost back to original dispatch address.


RETURN CONDITIONS : All  returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or have traces of use.

DECLINE CONDITIONS: In the event of decline, the order will be shipped back to You.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a return label for you to ship the defective/wrong item back to us.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned under EU laws, such as underwears, earrings, swimwear are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS: If an order is placed, paid for, and then cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be provided without deduction transaction fees.

CONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY: Please note that all returns are subject to a quality inspection upon return arrival. If we decline the return due to damage or other reasons and do not received your instructions on how to proceed within 30 days - whether to return the item to your address - we reserve the right to deny issuing a refund for the return. 


Refunds Process 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REPORTING MISSING PACKAGES: In rare cases of your missing package, claims must be submitted within 21 days from the shipment date.
